Nighttime Supervisor
The Nighttime Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all activities during the overnight shift hours at Scotia Garden Seafood’s Yarmouth operation

Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, Plant Labourers are responsible for completing assigned tasks relating to the processing and shipping of fish.

Refrigeration Operator/Power Engineer
Refrigeration Operators are responsible for the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems at our Yarmouth location. Applicants with Power Engineer certificates may be cross trained to assist in maintaining and operating boilers and plant equipment at our Short Beach location.
Sanitation Personnel
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, Sanitation Personnel are responsible for completing assigned tasks relating to the sanitation of plant.
